TicketText is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our team in King’s Cross, London.
Established in 2014, TicketText is a rapidly growing live entertainment group. Specialists in the comedy industry, we have operating divisions in digital ticketing, live promotions, content creation, and even our own venue, 2Northdown, right in the heart of King’s Cross.
Our clients include the likes of Micky Flanagan, Jason Manford and a huge number of other comedians, comedy clubs, agents and venues. Our own venue 2Northdown plays host to an array of comedy shows, acoustic gigs and spoken word events every day of the week.
The team is young and dynamic but hard working. Our warehouse style office is friendly and relaxed and we share the building with two other great companies - one even has a dog!
As we work in the comedy and live entertainment industry, you will be expected to attend a number of shows in-house and at other venues across the city.
We’re a social team too and regularly have office drinks on Friday evenings, as well as team lunches. (We also love an excuse for a monthly team day out - everything from bowling, trampolining, to mini-golfing as well loads of dinners and drinks!).
Being a small team, you will be supporting all aspects of the company; becoming involved in a number of different areas of operation where you will be able to learn a huge amount.
There is massive opportunity to grow within the company and develop your position.
Some of the day-to-day tasks include:
Marketing and Sales Support
Assist in creating content for all social media accounts (everything from proofing to creating original content yourself to sourcing online content to be shared)
Help with maintaining all social media accounts
Creating, sending and managing HTML email marketing campaigns
Assisting in copy writing for our websites and blogs
Assisting with new business and sourcing leads
Supporting our account management and assisting clients where necessary
Responding to client requests and queries via email and over the phone
General office admin
Helping with shows in the venue (located below the office)
Assisting with the sales and marketing admin
Customer service enquiries
We’re looking for a recent graduate, with a passion for comedy and live entertainment. You will be organised, friendly, and hard working, (ideally) with a great sense of humour. There will be some work in the evening required so flexibility is a must.
Please send your CV and a covering letter to [email protected] to apply for this position!
